  • Teller - Main Office Drive Thru (Full-time)

    We are currently seeking a full-time teller to provide prompt, efficient, accurate customer service while giving a warm welcome as the face of the Bank. As a Teller you are responsible for helping customers meet their financial goals by handling and balancing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.). Tellers have the opportunity to enhance customers experience by looking for opportunities to inform customers of other Bank products and services that will meet their needs.

The teller position is a great way to get a glimpse into the broad world of finance and banking. Tellers are responsible to project a professional image in dress, manner and communication and must also comply with all bank policy, regulations, and laws.

    The drive-thru hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. This position would work every other Saturday.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Open and maintain a cash drawer.
    • Strap and bundle currency.
    • Process customer transactions, including receiving deposits, verifying cash and endorsements and issuing receipts, installment loan payments, making withdrawals, cashing checks and providing customer account printouts.
    • Prepares money order’s and gift cards as requested.
    • Balances transactions at the end of the day and verifies cash totals.
    • And other miscellaneous duties as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Basic understanding and the ability to operate various office equipment such as: Typewriter, Printers, Computers, Fax, Adding machine and Copy machine.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal/written).
    • Ability to multitask
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent attention to detail.

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous sales and money handling experience preferred, but willing to train successful candidates.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to lift up to 25lbs of coin.
    • Ability to be flexible as needed.

  • Floater Teller (Full-time)

    We are currently seeking a Floater Teller that will operate a teller’s window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service while representing the bank in a courteous, professional manner. Be flexible to work as a Teller or a New Account Representative as needed and relieve tellers who are absent at other convenient locations. This position plays an essential role in finding the right solutions to meet customers’ needs. Our ideal candidate enjoys face-to-face meetings with new people, being a member of a team and seeking opportunities to exceed our customer’s expectations.

    Becoming a teller is a great way to get a glimpse into the broad world of finance and banking. Tellers project a professional image in dress, manner and communication and must also comply with all bank policy, regulations, and laws.

    Hours of operation are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Saturdays are on a every other rotation of 7:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. This position travels between branches as assigned to assist customers with a variety of transactions.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Open and maintain a cash drawer.
    • Process customer transactions, including receiving deposits, verifying cash and endorsements and issuing receipts, installment loan payments, making withdrawals, cashing checks, scanning work and providing customer account printouts and open new accounts.
    • Reconcile mail drop and night depository.
    • Investigate discrepancies and make corrections as needed.
    • Prepares cashier’s checks, money order’s, gift cards as requested.
    • Balances transactions at the end of the day and verifies cash totals.
    • And other miscellaneous duties as needed.

  • Teller - Parkview Office (Part-Time)

    We are currently seeking a part-time teller to process customer transactions as requested and provide prompt, efficient and accurate customer service while representing the bank in a courteous, professional manner. As a teller you are responsible for balancing all financial transactions performed during the work shift. Tellers are cross-trained on opening new accounts once a mastery of teller skills has been demonstrated. This position plays an essential role in finding the right solutions to meet customers’ needs.

    Becoming a teller is a great way to get a glimpse into the broad world of finance and banking. Tellers project a professional image in dress, manner and communication and must also comply with all bank policy, regulations, and laws.

    Hours: Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and every Saturday 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Some additional hours may be available. Hours not to exceed 30 hours.
